Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for leading a team and manage all round HR responsibilities including recruitment, HR operations, payroll, learning & development etc.
• Continuously review HR Policies and workflow, monitoring the effectiveness of the HR projects
• Reports and resolve the compliance or disciplinary HR related issues
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in HR functions in supervisory level with hands-on experience;
• Excellent in interpersonal skills and communications skills with all level of staff;
• Detail-minded, responsible and well-organized;
• Positive, self-motivated, independent and strategic thinking;
• Good command of English & Mandarin.
