Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Responsible Sourcing team for in house audit arrangement
- Tracking factory audit status and managing audit booking for Tesco Sourcing
- Providing data analysis support to Tesco Sourcing and UK Technical team
- Managing Sedex for Tesco Sourcing
- Processing payments for third party service providers
- Generating factory rating report from E-system
- Communicating with audit firm to arrange our 2nd party audit
- Managing and maintaining Responsible Sourcing site visit & issuing data in E-system
- Taking extra responsibilities when necessary
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to learn with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
