• Possess at least 6-10 years or above solid experience in freight forwarding / logistics company
• With 3 years or above in managerial level, prefer in Operational / Sales aspect
• Good background network with co-loaders & airlines
• Manage Air and Ocean Operation team activities for quality performance
• Ensure operational effectiveness and cost effectiveness at all times
• Report to the management on market situations and trends with recommendations on how to cope with them effectively
• Support any ad hoc assignments as required
• Good command of English and Mandarin
