Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily orders entry, logistics coordination, customer enquires and pre-sales activities;
- Provide clerical support to Sales team;
- Follow up documentation / filing;
- Handle ad hoc assignments and duties as required;
- Five-day week
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Office Applications (Excel/ Word), Internet Application;
- Working experience with institutional customers;
- Self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
