Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily orders entry, logistics coordination, customer enquires and pre-sales activities;
  • Provide clerical support to Sales team;
  • Follow up documentation / filing;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and duties as required;
  • Five-day week


Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Office Applications (Excel/ Word), Internet Application;
  • Working experience with institutional customers;
  • Self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
