Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in office administrative and HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, leave administration, overtime calculation and office administration etc.
• Maintain an accurate and updated database of HR information
• Assist in coordinating employee relations activities
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Min. 2 years working experience in Human Resources and Admin. Field
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Power Point is a must 
• Independent and able to work under pressure, hardworking, detail-minded, and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediately available is highly preferred
