Responsibilities:

• Supervises operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. 
• Manages day-to-day operations verifying that the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
• Attract, hire and ensure the restaurant team creates memorable experiences with fantastic, welcoming personalities that can relate to guests and associates.
• Create, execute and support the operational aspects of the restaurant
• Maintains the operating budget, and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed.
• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Ensuring exceptional customer’s experience, operational efficiency, and financial goal achievement.
• To ensure optimal customer’s business and financial goal achievement.
• Overseeing multiple outlet budgets, forecasting and effectively communicating results for revenue maximization, optimized staff and supply management, and elevated guest experience.

 Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Food Service Management or Hotel and Restaurant Management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills.

• Must have 5+ years food and beverage experience, culinary or related professional area.

• Assists with annual food and beverage budget through labor controls and managing food and beverage expenses.

• Ensure both internal and external operation.

• Good command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
