Manager Assistant 

Responsibilities

• Actively complete all the jobs assigned by manager
• Provide full spectrum of office administrative duties (Operation and document management)
• Coordinate with company's internal and external clients, arranging schedule smartly and give feedback timely
• Handle video conferencing system and manage the corresponding meeting minutes
• Handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned

Requirments:

• Bachelor degree or above in any discipline, (Fresh graduate are welcomed)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill are preferred,
• Good attitude and service orientation, self-motivated and responsible.
• Proficiency computer literacy skills
• Good command of written and sporken English and Chinese, and also Mandarin
