The Role

The job holder's major responsibilities are to:

• Provide administrative support to launch and promote company activities
• Arrange logistics and provide on-site support to staff activities
• Assist in preparing bi-monthly company newsletter
• Liaise with external parties for co-ordinating staff activities
• Assist in preparing materials and documents for internal committees
• Ad hoc projects and other HR duties as assigned

The Person

The ideal candidate should have/be: 

• Diploma or University graduate, or
• Form 7 or above with 2 years working experience in related field
• Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge in design software
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• With strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive, cheerful, proactive and able to work independently under pressure
• Candidate with less qualification will be considered for a junior position
