Our Client, is the leading souvenir imaging partner to theme parks, water parks, resorts and leisure attractions.

Responsibilities: 

• Full responsibility for payroll data preparation and submission to vendors for processing (involves individual timecard reconciliation)
• Ongoing end to end recruitment for sites in Hong Kong and Macau
• All visa/work permit processing for both countries for all foreign employees
• Fully involved in every aspect of HR, from strategic to operation issues
• Assist to steer business direction and support business functions
• On-boarding/off- boarding duties
• Maintenance of P-files, cost centre and employment status promptly
• Preparing of employment contract, termination letter, etc.
• Conducting exit interview and removing all staff access
• Requisition and maintenance of uniforms/name tags
• Assist to handle staff grievances
• Conduct site visits in both Hong Kong and Macau
• General administrative functions and other ad hoc duties assigned

Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years experience in recruitment and payroll management
• Experience in a standalone HR position with responsibility for all admin and more strategic HR activities
• Local HR knowledge of both Hong Kong and Macau
• Willing to travel to and from Macau on a regular basis as needed
• Past experience in the retail industry is preferred
