Job Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate training program for our client accounts. 
• Design, organize and deliver training programs for company's client accounts on treatment theory, treatment steps & skills, product knowledge and selling technique.
• Identify training and development needs to cope with company business.
• Access market condition and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and sales activities. 
• Monitor the overall quality of clients' customer service and staff professionalism. 
• Handle operational and administrative work on training program and logistics.
• Responsible for establishing training policies & procedures, contraindications and training materials. 
• Assist in other company projects and events.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Aesthetician / Beauty Therapist with ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO and equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years in the beauty industry.
• Training and managing experience in consumer products (Beauty is preferred). 
• Excellent communicating skills. Spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Independent correspondence and proficiency in MS Word and Chinese word processing.
