Job Description
Responsibilities
- To provide all-round administration support to HR department
- Assist in payroll admin including leave checking, attendance checking, etc.
- Arrange job posting, interview and new joiners on-board logistics
- To handle HR-related documents, filing and data entry in a timely manner
- To assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 1 -2 years HR working experience preferred
- Mature, well-organized, responsible, good interpersonal skills and team player
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good numeracy and computer skills
- Working period: Late-March 2018 to Mid-July 2018 (5 days per week)
