RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review existing practices and policies and implement new initiatives as required.
• Assisting Senior Manager to follow up ad hoc HR related projects.
• Provide HR strategies to support the Company’s operational and business needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years solid HR experience of which a focus in generalist
• Exposure in F&B/ Retail industry preferred.
• Detail oriented, logical thinking and good analytical mind
• willing to take challenge and working in fast pace environment
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance
• Good coordination skills with a responsible and mature manner
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
