Duties and Responsibilities:

The HR & Administration Officer will take charge of human resources and office administration support, includes but not limited to managing the full spectrum of its human resources & administration functions which includes recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations, liaise with internal and external parties for daily administration operation, office procurement, document management, prepare and maintain proper record and participate in ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines with at least 4 years related experience;
• Solid experience in sourcing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and training development;
• Able to draft company policies and procedure as well as company notice;
• Well versed with HKSAR labour ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
• Positive work attitude; self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, presentable, and able to work independently;
• Good writing skill in English is essential;
• Good communication and coordination skills with responsible and mature manner;
• Proficiency in PC Operations and MS Office (Words, Excels, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
