Responsibilities

• Responsible for all round clerical, administrative and HR duties
• Manage admin support staff
• Communicate with customers concerning general enquires and orders’ follow up
• Assist in following up sales order and purchase order, handling documents including invoices and sales related documents
• Coordinate both internal and external parties for delivery of goods and logistics
• Responsible for providing proactive support to sales team on sales and marketing event such as exhibitions, seminars and shows
• Manage stock control 
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with at least 2 years working experience preferable in sales administration functions
• Self-motivated, well-organised and presentable
• Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Willing to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule deadline
• Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets and Chinese/English Word Processing
• Flexible with any tasks which may not be pre-defined as in above
