Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all round clerical, administrative and HR duties
- Manage admin support staff
- Communicate with customers concerning general enquires and orders’ follow up
- Assist in following up sales order and purchase order, handling documents including invoices and sales related documents
- Coordinate both internal and external parties for delivery of goods and logistics
- Responsible for providing proactive support to sales team on sales and marketing event such as exhibitions, seminars and shows
- Manage stock control
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with at least 2 years working experience preferable in sales administration functions
- Self-motivated, well-organised and presentable
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- Willing to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule deadline
- Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets and Chinese/English Word Processing
- Flexible with any tasks which may not be pre-defined as in above
