Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform full Customer Service function in a professional manner
  • Handle daily transactions in Front Desk
  • Maintain centre database
  • Organise and co-ordinate seasonal marketing and promotional events in the centre
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and teachers
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese (able to speak Putonghua will be an advantage)
  • Competent user of MS Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
