Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Perform full Customer Service function in a professional manner
- Handle daily transactions in Front Desk
- Maintain centre database
- Organise and co-ordinate seasonal marketing and promotional events in the centre
- Provide administrative support to the management team and teachers
- Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese (able to speak Putonghua will be an advantage)
- Competent user of MS Word and Excel
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
