Key Responsibilities:

• Assist department head and carry out all-rounded HR functions
• Oversee daily operations including payroll, MPF, medical, EC and taxation
• Liaise with services providers for employee benefits related issues
• Implement HR Information System and e-leave system
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR related statistics reports 
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency of MS Office applications is a MUST
• Able to work independently and can work under pressure
• Station in Shenzhen is required
• Immediately available is preferable
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
