Summary:

Responsibilities:

•  Design and deliver timely of a wide range of HR analytics to provide management with strategic analytical reports
• Work closely with Finance Department to monitor financial ratios from staff expenses to total operating expenses, including divisional staff expenses on year-to-date positions, budget control with respect to the staff expenses
• Act as a key coordinator with regulatory departments to provide reporting for various assessment tools and performance indicators
• Assist in market research projects: design and coordinate the completion of various surveys to keep abreast of the employment market trends
• Undertake data analysis based on actual data, survey results, and market reference; provide management with results and recommendations
• Keep abreast of the regulatory changes, recommend management about necessary changes to the HR policies and programs
• Handle ad hoc HR projects upon management request

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business, Statistics or Human Resources
• Minimum 4 years' HR exposure in analytics and management reporting, candidate with relevant experience in banking industry is an advantage
• Experience with HRIS or IPL is preferred
• Strong analytical mind with attention to details
• Ability to analyze numbers and market surveys
• Mature team player with good interpersonal skills and self-motivation 
• Good computer skills and Proficient in Excel
• Immediate available would be an advantage
