Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team including compensation & benefits
  • Update personnel records and manage filing system
  • To perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate of HD / Degree in Human Resources Management or other related subjects
  • Proactive, positive working attitude and attention in details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese typing
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English

 

Employment type: Part time for 3 months

 

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm (work 2-3 half days per week)
