Role Description:

• Responsible for fund operation administration duties,
• Liaise with fund administrators in handling ad hoc and routine fund administration issues,
• Provide account opening and KYC services,
• Assist in conducting market research and preparing related reports,
• Assist in preparing investment advice to clients,
• Provide customer service and answer enquiries from clients,
• Provide clerical support to the department’s on-going or ad hoc projects,
• Perform other job related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate or above,
• 2 to 3 years of working experience preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered,
• Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure and think critically,
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese including Mandarin,
• Experience in financial products including stocks, bonds, ETF, mutual funds and derivatives such as warrant, forwards and options are definite assets,
• Working experience in fund administration preferred.
