Job Description:

• Responsible for full scope of office administration and HR functions, including but not limited to staff recruitment, payroll and MPF administration, leave management, taxation, insurance renewal, performance management, working visa application and employee relations.
• To formulate, implement, review and update company policies and procedures regularly to ensure that they are in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Work closely to review and execute company policies to support company growth and business performance
• To provide consultative support to ensure adequate staffing level, effective management programs for long term business development.
• To perform office budget planning and control, manage the tenancy agreement, office renovation and maintenance.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement:

1.  University graduate preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
2.  At least 8 years experience in Human Resources and Administration
3.  Well-versed with Employment Ordinance or related regulations
4.  Working experiences in Japanese company will be an advantage
5.  Proficiency in Mandarin and Japanese will be preferred 
6.  Skilled in MS Office, especially in Excel & Power Point
7.  Mature and stable person, cheerful, teamwork, good interpersonal skills
