Job Description
Our client is a top-tier international law firm with numerous offices across APAC and globally. They are well-known for their professional working environment with low staff turnover rate. They are now looking to hire a legal secretary for the litigation team, supporting 3-4 fee earners.
Job Description
- Arrange meetings and manage calendars for 1 Partner and 2 Associates
- Prepare, format, edit legal documents
- Input time-sheet and prepare bills
- Prepare bundles
- Basic translation
- Prepare correspondences
- Filling hard and soft copies
Requirement
- 3 to 7+ years of experience as a legal secretary in legal firm is a must
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
- Able to work in a very team-based environment
