The Role:

• Report to the Regional Head of HR and provide full spectrum of HR Account Management Function
• Duties include talent acquisition/staffing; training/internship program; performance management; mobility; annual review of assigned portfolio of business units along with annual budget and periodic update of HR policies in accordance to regulatory/corporate governance 
• Participation in ad-hoc regional HR projects

Requirement:

• Degree holder with about 8years+ progressive and steady HR generalist/recruitment experience earned from int’l banks
• Prior exposure in wealth management and PWM is a pre-requisite 
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint 
• Presentable with good communication skills
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal skill to consult/work independently with business/line managers
• Knowledge of HKMA requirements is highly desirable.
