Job Description
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for full spectrum of administration duties, including coordinate staff, travel visa application, office renovation & relocation, tenancy matters, purchasing, telecommunication, annual events & activities, furniture & equipment, repair & maintenance and office supplies, etc
- Support HR functions and activities
- Review and assist in formulating and implement of Admin policies and procedures
- Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma or above
- At least 5 years solid experience and knowledge in Administration
- Strong problem solving ability, good presentation skill and organized work style
- Detail minded, responsible, self-motivated, energetic and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Able to handle multi-task with a positive attitude
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Immediate available preferred
