Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for full spectrum of administration duties, including coordinate staff， travel visa application, office renovation & relocation, tenancy matters, purchasing, telecommunication, annual events & activities, furniture & equipment, repair & maintenance and office supplies, etc
• Support HR functions and activities
• Review and assist in formulating and implement of Admin policies and procedures
• Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma or above
• At least 5 years solid experience and knowledge in Administration
• Strong problem solving ability, good presentation skill and organized work style
• Detail minded, responsible, self-motivated, energetic and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Able to handle multi-task with a positive attitude
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Immediate available preferred
