RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as business partner and senior HR role to advise and make decision with Management on all HR matters, ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment and other HR related ordinances
• Work closely with Senior Management on HR policy review, communication and implementation
• Responsible for full human resource administration and functions, including recruitment, staff orientation, staff movement, disciplinary action, leave administration records, staff benefits, performance management, contract preparation and renewals, HR reports
• Cooperate with oversea HR team to align the implementation of policy
• Develop strategies and plans for talent acquisition, retention and development
• Review and develop plans to improve occupational health and safety program
• Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the supervisor & management

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, and other relevant Ordinances is a must.
• Basic knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety / Work Safety
• Sensitive to confidentiality
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, well-organized, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English (MUST) and Chinese
• Strong PC skills in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and web applications in both English and Chinese
