Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase order and monitor order process (e.g. collect quotes, order confirmation, check invoice’s accuracy, update sales & inventory record etc.);
• Handle queries related to order status and logistics arrangement as raised from internal parties and customers to ensure smooth operation flow;
• Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Tertiary education or above;
• With 1 year working experience in sales administration / logistics field;
• Fresh graduates are welcomed; more experience would be considered as Sales Administrative Officer;
• Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Attention to details with good organization and interpersonal skill;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is preferable;
• Location: Quarry Bay.
