Responsibilities :

• Process monthly payroll, and related benefit and insurance contributions to ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations. Act as the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries about compensation and other regulations.
• Assist HR Manager in recruitment process.
• Build, classify and maintain hard /soft copy system of all employee HR record and files. Coordinate with HR in Head Office to update and maintain HR information in SAP system in time including employee individual information, organization chart, headcount, and other HR-related online data.
• Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.  Collect data about company’s compensation and benefit policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers for making decisions.
• Assist in administering other HR related programmes including but not limited to recruitment; performance management and employee training and development especially in helping with documentation preparation and record keeping.
• Other ad hoc projects or tasks as and when required.

Requirement :

• Diploma holder in HR management or related field
• 1-3years HR experience
• Experience in construction industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Proactive, able to work independently, detail oriented and well-organized.
