We are seeking career minded and independent individual for an entry level full-time position in our Institutional Sales department.  This position will be a part of sales team providing Sales support to an international network of Institutional clients.

  Key Responsibility:

• Handle active forex clients’ enquiries through phone, email and live chat in a professional manner
• Support Institutional Sales Team in offering our multiple forex trading solutions, platforms and services to institutional clients
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to achieve project goals
• Assist institutional sales team day to day work
• Support Institutional Sales manager for projects

 Skills/Requirements:

• Come with a can do attitude and willingness to learn with the intention to go above and beyond to achieve all tasks
• Project management and planning skills
• Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a must, other language skills will be a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs with high attention to detail
• Flexibility in working shift
• Fresh graduate will be considered, formal on the job training will be provided
