Key Responsibilities:

• Handling new account opening, performing KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information;
• Providing quality customer services and handling client's enquiries;
• Handling client's feedback and complaints;
• Maintaining good relationship with existing clients;
• Communicating with internal and external parties effectively in regards to setting up offshore entities including SPCs, BVIs, and opening bank accunts.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Finance or business related disciplines;
• Licensed with SFC Type 1 and Type 4;
• Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in finance or securities industry is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
