Our client, a foreign-based enduring financial institution with her growing private banking empire in the Far East, is looking for experienced Private Banking Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Partnership With Private Bank Relationship Manager to acquire, develop and maintain long term relationship with prestige individual and / or corporate client for the region
• Support Relationship Manager to manage and develop portfolios of high net-worth clients
• Perform and execute a comprehensive range of banking and investment transactions to high net-worth clients
• Follow up with client on account opening and documentation
• Ensure clients are managed according to HKMA Policy on AML, terrorist financing and sanctions
• Perform investigation of suspicious transactions, due diligence and reviews

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 5 years’ of relevant experience
• Detailed oriented to handle various investment transactions in the market
• A team leader/player with good understanding of financial products and services
• Qualified and experienced under SFO
• Pro-active, independent, customer-focus and with good communication skills
• Strong inter-personal skills to manage a good relationship with clients and peers
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
