Job Responsibilities

MD – Private Equity Investment

Responsibilities:

1.Set up fund business development strategy plan，oversee the group fund management business segment, responsible for the overall fund operational management and the performance of the Fund's operations;

2. Responsible for the formulation of corporate investment strategy (asset allocation and industry allocation), investment planning, investment decision-making process, risk control system and team evaluation;

3. Organize and implement the whole process of project investment (channel building, projects search, negotiation, transaction structure, implementing investment, post-investment management, and exit);

4. Responsible for monitoring the operation development of financial departments, monitoring related human cost, financial revenue and expenditure condition and the overall assets situation;

5. Responsible for fund platform structure building and management. Establish financing channels and financial institutions relationship with banks, trust companies, fund companies, securities companies, assets management companies, financial leasing, guarantee companies, and other third-party financial institutions, to create a healthy platform for cooperation, signed a cooperation agreement, to ensure the continuer of business cooperation and effective implementation;

6. According to the existing business model and all financial business planning module, deploy and implement group financial and internet financial development of strategy exploration.

Qualifications:

1. 15+ years working experience in public/private equity funds, asset management, foreign investment bank, and other financial institutions, including 8 years same position experience;
