The job:

• Develop information security policies, standards and guidelines
• Provide risk guidance for IT projects including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls
• Liaise with the IT infrastructure team to ensure alignment between information security and enterprise architectures
• Provide security related advice for system developments and acquisitions
• Work with compliance team to ensure that information security is in compliance with policies, regulations and laws
• Maintain security procedures and handle risk assessment & incident prevention
• Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate assets, including intellectual property, regulated data, etc.
• Coordinate the use of external resources including negotiation of contracts and managing external resources
• Develop disaster recovery policies to align with business continuity plans
• Coordinate tasks related to internal and external audits

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in IT security area in the finance industry
• Holder of CISSP, CISA or relevant certification preferred
• Familiar with security requirements of SFC and HKMA
• Hands-on experience in system hardening and IT security control review is a must
• Possess experience in developing and implementing IT control process, business continuity, disaster recovery, security incident handling and investigation
• Hands-on working knowledge in IPS/IDS, WAF, database firewall, anti-virus system, anti-spam system, DLP, SDLC and physical securities
• Strong communication skill and English report writing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
