Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Handle KYC (Know Your client) review on new client relationships
• Conduct public and internal research to complete due diligence on client KYC profiles
• Perform document checking for the periodic KYC review on existing customers based on the latest regulatory requirements,
• Handle clients’ account maintenance requests
• Maintain and update the Group’s customer due diligence information system
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding experience
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

• University graduated with min 1 year hand on experience in KYC document checking
• Knowledge of HKMA /BVI FSC or relevant regulatory KYC/ AML requirements
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good knowledge of banking operation and exposure to corporate banking is preferable
• Good command of Office software and other related computer skills
