We are seeking a Payroll professional to join our Human Resources team. The Senior HR Specialist is there to provide payroll, HRIS, and HR support to 700 employees in multiple locations in APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities to process monthly payrolls to include computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for pay-check advances and processing termination
• Work together with accountancy to spot and resolve monthly payroll discrepancies and prepare annual payroll budget and accruals
• Prepare and file tax reports, gather payroll data for inclusion in financial statements, and research and prepare special reports for management
• Provide information to the employees by answering questions and requests regarding payroll and social legislation
• Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Welcome new employees and explain working conditions & benefits at SWIFT
• Responsible for the insurance renewal for all the APAC countries

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background (bachelor in HR), followed by a working experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar function within an international company or a payroll agency
• Excellent knowledge of APAC Employment Law
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Workday and SAP
• High integrity, confidentiality and discretion
• High level of accuracy, autonomy, customer orientation and team spirit
• Must possess strong analytical skills
