Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform other operations activities as assigned
• Handle enquiry from branches and Customer Services
• Handle back office operations activities, such as Inward Clearing Checks processing and Time Deposit data input.
• Provide general clerical support, such as data input, filing and photocopying

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with English, Chinese and Mathematics passes in HKCEE/HKDSE; or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience in back office operations, preferably in banking industry
• Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule and willing to work overtime
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
