Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiry related to insurance matter
• Support bank-wide initiative to meet strategic goals
• Provide training and monitor the performance of subordinate
• Coordinate with various units for system enhancement and improvement
• Streamline the operational procedure, review and update operational procedure and manual
• Ensure procedures enforcement and adherence to the bank’s guidelines/regulatory requirements
• Perform verification on the data input related to insurance product, such as General Insurance, Life Insurance, mortgage fire insurance including new loan and motor vehicle insurance processing
• Support ad-hoc tasks /events from time to time
• Ensure the execution of transactions to meet predefined service standards

Requirements:

• Preferably degree holder
• Minimum 10 years banking experience in which at least 5 year at supervisory level
• Possess a good understanding of general banking operations and services e.g. deposits, insurances, online banking, customer information/ account maintenance
• Possess good knowledge of back-office operations preferably related to insurance products support and settlement processing
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, independent and willing to work under pressure to meet organization goals
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in common PC applications, including Windows, Ms Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
