Job Responsibilites

• Research, analyze, and evaluate investment opportunities; use a variety of quantitative analytical tools to test assumptions and sensitivities;
• Prepare investment memoranda evaluating investment merits and risks, market dynamics, and projected returns:
• Assist with the ongoing monitoring of investment performance, interface with project management team and operating partners;
• Monitor and analyze asset performance to ensure strategic plans are met;
• Monitor market trends and incorporate this knowledge into investment recommendations and decisions.

Requirements:

• University Degree holder preferably in the field of Business & Management /Economics / Accounting or other related discipline
• At Least 5 years relevant working experience. Experience in banking and finance /Project investment / risk analysis is preferred
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Business travel may required when & where necessary
• Applicant with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
