Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration team to perform full spectrum of the office and shop administration functions effectively
• Review, formulate and implement office administration policies and procedures
• Manage and analyse operating expenses and identify areas for cost savings
• In charge of warehouse and handle various administration projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 8 years solid experience in retail administration, of with 5 years at supervisory level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, independent, initiative, teamwork, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Good leadership management with strong organization and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
