Key Responsibilities:

1. Exercise due diligence on individual mortgage loan and approve credit applications within delegated authority by taking into consideration in relating to credit risk, property valuation, legal risk and market risk,
2. Make contribution to formulate credit strategies/policies to assist business growth and maximize profitability
3. Make contribution to formulate, review and update credit policies, procedures, guidelines and oversee the implementation to overall business
4. Drive / participate in system enhancements, regular / ad hoc reporting and special projects from the credit risk management angle
5. To guide the credit administrative team perform their duties accurately and diligently and to keep on enhancing their standard
6. Manage mortgage portfolio proactively to reduce delinquency and bad debt by taking proactive remedial actions at early stage
7. Oversee the foreclose legal procedure and other remediation activities to ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements
8. Site Inspection when required

 Requirements:

1. University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or related disciplines
2. At least 5 years experience in Credit or Risk Management with at least 2 years experience in Mortgage, SME and personal loan.
3. Strong communication, negotiation and management skills
4. Proficient in written English and Chinese
