Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking for high caliber candidate (Fresh graduate also welcome) for their rapid expand of business.
Job Nature:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide effective, quality services to MPF Members, employers or fund managers related to pension fund
- To provide timely follow up with clients the data discrepancy / outstanding matters
- To handle the administrative works of Member Services
- Participate User Acceptance test if required
Requirements:
- Good in spoken English / Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- With customer service experience is ideal
- Cheerful personality, willing to give help
- Fresh graduate or no related experience are also welcome
