Job Nature:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide effective, quality services to MPF Members, employers or fund managers related to pension fund
• To provide timely follow up with clients the data discrepancy / outstanding matters
• To handle the administrative works of Member Services
• Participate User Acceptance test if required

Requirements:

• Good in spoken English / Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• With customer service experience is ideal
• Cheerful personality, willing to give help
• Fresh graduate or no related experience are also welcome
