Job Description
Our client, a China Fund Management Company, which provide professional services of corporate financing with business covering Hong Kong, U.S., Singapore, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Taiwan, is urgently seeking for Responsible Officer (Type 4 & 9).
Responsibilities :
- Supervision of fund operation to ensure compliance with Company policies, rules and regulations
- Ensure daily operations in compliance with HKSFC regulations
- Participate in marketing, client servicing activities and products development
- Help establish and strengthen internal operation flows to improve work efficiency
Requirements:
- MUST be registered under SFC RA 4 & 9 type license as unconditional Responsible Officer
- 3 years+ asset management experience in fund operation management
- Handling compliance matters for asset management or fund house with strong sense of compliance
- Proficiency including Putonghua and Chinese resume needed
