Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone enquiries regarding loan products
• Follow up customer request from inbound calls, emails and SMS
• Perform loan operation duties including account maintenance, disbursement and repayment transaction
• Deliver output with high accuracy
• Support administrative works including filing and preparing reports
• Participate and support in projects about the loan system

Requirements

• Diploma holder in any disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer services or operations preferable from banks or finance company
• 1-2 years’ experience in loan business (mortgage loan experience an advantage)
• Precise and responsible
• Pro-active, customer-oriented and willing to learn
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Applicants with less experience or University fresh graduate will also be considered as Loan Operations and Service Assistant
