Responsibilities

- Play a key role in developing financial models in multiple industries

- M&A and project financing transactions 

- Valuation analysis

- Business plans feasibility studies

- Lead due diligence in multiple industries

Qualifications:

- Master in business management / economics

- 3 years' relevant experiences

- Experience in business modeling / financial analysis

- Experience in project due diligence 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills 

- Ability to work independently and develop good relationships with team 

- Proficiency in verbal and written English, Mandarin, Knowledge in Japanese will be an advantage
