Our client, a licensed establishment in the Online Personal Finance space, is set to become the next up-and-coming player. To expedite success, they are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer.

Job Detail: 

• Lead the CS team to provide quality and professional customer service to client
• Handle consumer loan application
• Handle customer enquiries and deliver quality customer services
• Follow up and handle customers loan repayment
• Cross-sell loan products to customers
• Perform administrative duties (include filing, scanning and data input)

Profile: 

• University degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years CS and leadership experience in the banking field / FI is preferred
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English 
• Immediately available is an advantage
