Job duties:

• Work closely with Compliance Officer and assist in all round compliance and Know-Your-Client (KYC) work, such as SFC licensing and regulatory matters, compliance monitoring and KYC on client accounts.
• Assist in company secretarial work and preparation of minutes
• Assist in legal matters, such as handling of contracts
• Perform clerical duties and support

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Law, Finance or related disciplines preferred
• Experience in legal & compliance work or working experience with PRC-based firms an advantage
• Strong research and analytical skills, detailed mind
• Good written skills in Chinese & English, good Chinese typing, ability to translate documents, good computer skills
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English (native Mandarin speaker is welcome)
• Flexible and willing to learn, good team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of  responsibility
