Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of all FXCM initiatives and company strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with staff to ensure the success of FXCM projects and strategies
• Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects
• Provide support to company team members in areas including general business / product development project management and process improvement / performance excellence.
• Develop, update and disseminate knowledge documents related to the areas of project management, PMO, organizational development, change management and technical knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all international regulations and ethical standards
• Anticipates clients' needs and proposes alternative business solutions
• Carry out other duties, task and projects as assigned
• Managers day-to-day interaction and expectations for multiple or large scale projects
• Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relations.
• Processes a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.

 Skills/Requirements:

• Degree Holder in any discipline, Project management will be an advantage 
• Expected at least 2 years experience in Project Management. Less experience applicants have experience to work in Banking / Financial will also be considered
• English fluency: verbal and written. Chinese Speaker will be a plus
• Strong Excel skills with ability to handle data analysis, budgeting.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Be able to determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion.
• Be able to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment.
