One of our business partners, a listed PRC education provider, is looking for a Finance Officer and a Investor Relations Officer:

Candidates with less qualification will be considered as Finance or IR Assistants.

Responsibilities:

Finance Officer

Assist manager to

• Control cash flow and liquidity;
• Manage credit risk positions and financing activities;
• Assess the feasibility of the Group’s business loan projects;  
• Monitor debt and capital structure;
• Assist in other finance duties.

Investor Relations Officer

Assist manager to

• Build relationship with sell-side analysts;
• Prepare financial analysis and understanding parameters and assumptions in sell-side analysts’ financial modellings;
• Monitor update sell-side analyst reports and market consensus of financial estimates;
• Update investor presentation materials, and preparing results announcements, interim/ annual reports;
• Assist in other IR duties.

Requirements:  

• 2-3 years' relevant work experience in banking or financial or auditing institutions, listed companies, or related areas;
• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or relevant disciplines;
• Membership of CPA / CFA / FRM is preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
