Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the investment team and report to Managing Director and Top Management;
• Own the end-to-end process for deal making including sourcing, industry research, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation and closing;
• Provide strategic and other relevant advice to business;
• Engage between local, regional and country team on M&A projects, and be the key liaison to all internal and external M&A partners;
• Oversee and review the company policies to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Provide mentorship and training for junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Investment, Finance, or related discipline;
• At least 9+ years of experience in leveraged buyouts, private equity, cross-border M&A, investment banking, or a related field;
• Direct involvement in major investment deals with proven record of success;
• Candidates from Big 4 transactional advisory would also be considered;
• Good ethic and strong leading skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese).
