Job description:

-          Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC regulated activities 

-          Oversee the related business operations of the company and ensure the operations are complied with SFC regulations

-          Liaise with SFC and other regulators regarding investment products and licensing matters

-          Ensure full regulatory compliance by formulating, reviewing and updating the operation procedures

Requirements：

-          3+ year solid experience in financial industry

-          Bachelor degree in Finance, Economic, Business or other related disciplines

-          Current Unconditional RO license for type 9 will be considered with knowledge in type 1, 2, & 4

-          Experience in Fund of public offering is preferred

-          Qualified SFC Responsible Officer for Type 9

-           Experience in back office operation and familiar with SFC rules and requirements

-          Familiar with various investment products and participate in new fund product launch 

-          Sound understanding of SFO, regulations, guidelines and risk management

-          Analytical, detailed-oriented and able to work independently

-          Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 

-          Immediately available is preferred
