Responsibilities

• Assist Sales support team head to refine end to end process flow to maintain an smooth and efficient workflow process
• Manage day-to-day change request and help minimize exceptions to pre-defined workflow
• Assist Product team to review and manage audit and regulatory requirements relating to day-to-day operation
• Handle all Department Administrative duties 

Requirements:

• 3 years relevant experience
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business related disciplines
• Strong analytical skill and good interpersonal and communication skill
