Your new role
As the sales support, you will be responsible for attending client meetings with sales and facilitating account opening and documentation. In addition, you will be responsible for, attending to client queries and overseeing the operational functions, assisting in the marketing and prospecting of business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3-8 years' experience in client services/customer services in financial institutions
• Native level in Mandarin is a must and fluent in both spoken and written English
• Keen learner with drive, enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
• Be an active team player with strong interpersonal skills
